Hi, I'm JoAnne Lenart-Weary, The original One Day Decorator. I started offering this service back in early 80's, when I found many of my clients didn't really need lots of new things but simply hadn't utilized what they had effectively. What began as an off-shoot of my design approach, soon became a requested service. When someone asked me what to call this service, One Day Decorating made sense.
One Day Decorating is built on a simple belief: you don’t need weeks, thousands of dollars, or a degree in design to love your home. You just need a clear plan and the confidence to take action. As The One Day Decorator™, I have spent over 40 years helping people transform rooms in a single day — proving that big results can come from simple steps.
